Which leg should I use to jump? I’m a righty, so my front foot while serving is my left. I use classic stand, but move my right foot foward while serving (roddick’s serving motion)
Hey Diego,
You’ll want to train both legs. It helps more than just the serve when you’re changing directions, exploding towards the ball, etc.
